Sai Automation System manufactures MCC a unique nation of innovative accessories, perfect workmanship highest available standard components. This means superior, aesthetic looking, trouble free and easy maintenance control centers, which are made in accordance to standards including feature spacious arrangement is made for cable termination ensuring comfortable and easy maintenance; all covers, doors, interpanel jointing are provided with neoprene gasket for dust protection; panels are very sleek and aesthetics is perfect compartmentalized construction; high-quality powder coated switch boards to withstand corrosive environment and long lasting elegant door.

COMPONENTS OF MCC PANEL: A motor control center consists of one or more vertical metal cabinet sections with power bus and provision for plug-in mounting of individual motor controllers. Very large controllers may be bolted in place but smaller controllers can be unplugged from the cabinet for testing or maintenance. Each motor controller contains a contactor or a solid-state motor controller, overload relays to protect the motor, fuses or a circuit breaker to provide short-circuit protection, and a disconnecting switch to isolate the motor circuit. Three-phase power enters each controller through separable connectors. The motor is wired to terminals in the controller. Motor control centers provide wire ways for field control and power cables.

BASIC MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEM: Power distributed throughout a commercial or industrial application is used for a variety of applications such as heating, cooling, lighting, and motor driven machinery.

The most basic type of AC motor control, involves turning the motor on and off. This is often accomplished using a motor starter made up of a contractor and an overload relay. In many commercial and industrial applications, quite a few electric motors are required, and it is often desirable to control some or all of the motors from a central location. The apparatus designed for this function is the motor control center (MCC).

A motor control center (MCC) is an assembly of one or more enclosed sections having a common power bus and principally containing motor control units. Motor control centers are in modern practice a factory assembly of several motor starters. A motor control center can include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, and metering and may also be the electrical service entrance for the building

Automation System MCC Panel have been designed to meet the specific needs of several industries including: • Oil and gas (upstream, downstream and pipeline).
• Water treatment and wastewater
• Commercial construction
• Mining and aggregate
• Utility

Each motor controller in an MCC can be specified with a range of options such as separate control transformers, led lamps, control switches, extra control terminal blocks, various types of thermal or solid-state overload protection relays, or various classes of power fuses or types of circuit breakers. A motor control center can either be supplied ready for the customer to connect all field wiring, or can be an engineered assembly with internal control and interlocking wiring to a central control terminal panel board or programmable controller.
